  Why do y'all always forget my condiments?... You repeat my order, sometimes twice and always repeat the condiments I asked for but never are actually in my bag...

  Placed order for 8:25-30 pm; arrived around 8:38 pm; and when I got the food it was lukewarm and the drink had melted where the items blended- it was the 250th anniversary drink. I asked the carhop(layanna) if my drink could be replaced and she just walked away. I honestly don’t think she heard me ask. App NEVER works when you pull up to the property. Thankfully, Sonic has improved to where you can tell them name and order number where they can verify the order w/o using the stall /app to say you arrived. Location was busy, appear to be short staffed for a 3️⃣ day weekend, but still my drink should not have had sweat balls from it melting. 🫠 IDK if this was a one off, but do better Sonic! #1000466766283

  I go to this sonic frequently and this time they didn't give me ANY of the extras i PAID for in any of my drinks and blasts. Also my blast was completely melted to liquid, couldn't even eat it. threw it away.

  I was very disappointed the person didn't know how to give me the new shakes you have out and then when I got home with my order I had burnt onion rings I've never had this problem before at this place I don't know what's going on very dissatisfied
