  Some dude named Abel idk if he was the owner or store manager was highly aggressive on the phone because part of their decorative logos on the building fell on my grandmother's vehicle chipping the paint and scratching it (denied there was damage but confirmed where the sign fell and the photo evidence I have.) Dude even tried to use strong arm scare tactics to make me avoid looking for damages.

  I am my doordash driver we did over 10 minutes, just for them to tell me. They gave the order to some random person that cost me money for waiting And refused to talk anymore to me.

  This Sonic location at 4801 South Staples has really taken a turn for the worse. Wait times have consistently been very long the last few visits. Several kiosks are always down. The drive through screen has not worked for a while. It’s a shame because my kids love stopping at Sonic. But a 30 minute wait time for a simple order is absurd. We’ll have to find another good place for treats.

  SO SLOW. I have never in my 26 years of living been to a slower fast food place. This is honestly ridiculous and this Sonic needs to be shut down. I ordered a pretzel and one drink and waited OVER 30 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR IT. I hate this sonic

  The drive through at this Sonic is the worst out of all the fast food places in Corpus Christi. You can be at the call station up to 20 minutes without anyone asking for your order. I have seen so many people pull up in the drive through and leave due to the lack of service. Half the time I just pull up to the window and place my order.
