  Without fail, every single time I order food on the app, one of the items in my order is completely incorrect. The receipt is always correct so I don’t know if they just don’t read it or what. The staff is kind when I ask them to fix it but the fact that it’s every time I go is unacceptable. Sometimes they will just bring out the missing ingredients (like the time I got a bacon smasher and there wasn’t any bacon on it, after I had gotten all the way home and my food was cold), or will just throw everything else on my already growing cold burger. I shouldn’t have to drive 10 extra minutes to a different sonic for them to get it right.

  Ordered lunch to take my daughter at school , very quick for everything I ordered. The guy at the drive through window was very nice & quickly got the food together. Very good customer service a lot better than other locations!

  Every time I go it’s a bad experience.. none of the stalls speakers work keep having to switch never answer.. go through Drive Thru and OMG the line is so long.. spent close to 20.00 on drinks and tasted bad not what I ordered.. saw a lot of customers mad and complained about the wait time.. drive thru so slow.. need to have your fastest workers in your drive thru not your trainers.. tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again But nope 3 attempts.. I’m Done:: From the reviews it’s been the same issues and still not fixed.. Don’t care about your customers?.. Don’t care for Sonic…
