  I wasn’t even going to bother writing a review, but the manager decided it was my fault that my food was made wrong so. Ordered a double burger with no cheese (I’m lactose intolerant so I always know to ask for no cheese, have done it on every single burger order my entire life) got home sat down to eat, realized it was a single burger with two slices of cheese. So not only was the burger completely uneditable to me, the extra meat, I paid for, was also missing. Loved having to make that drive twice. Loved it even more when the manager decided the reason I had to make that drive twice was because I forgot to ask for no cheese.. lol the thing I’ve done my whole life. Also, I could see it on the screen when the other employee put it in my order, so I know she saw it too. Was it also me who went back into the kitchen and took off the extra patty, ms manager? ridiculously unprofessional, I was already upset about sitting down to eat and not being able to, being told it was my fault it was just the cherry on top. horrible service all around.

  Sonic is good. As far as food goes. Sure some stuff isn't great but that's fast food. The service is dependent on whose working. The younger crowd are not as respectful or professional but this has not been something out of control I needed to report. They are just young kids. And they sometimes have busted broken pay pads. But I know that's not their fault so I still enjoy it.
