  When I asked for the girl to remake my blast because it was melted she rolled her eyes at me. She didn’t even give me my change back! She remade it horribly, I spoke to the manager and he refunded me on a card! I told him I paid cash! The manager said that the girl told him I paid card, even though I did not! She probably pocketed the cash. Very bad customer service, one of the young girls slammed the drive thru window on me because I asked for the manager…

  Fast and efficient. The food was hot, and the drinks were cold! Some of the mozzarella sticks were missing the cheese inside.

  Too long not doing their job Right they were just standing around in a group and talking when they had a bunch of customers that they were not helping and they had bad customer service, don’t waste yalls time ya’ll gonna be there forever waiting on them to get to you.

  went to this location after placing a mobile order for a small drink ten minutes prior, and it took over fifteen minutes to receive my drink. decided to give the place another try, went with my partner and we had to click the button at the stall several times with no response. we redirected to the drive thru, only to never be greeted. we left. as a former employee of sonic, i’m disappointed to see how downhill this place seems to have gotten.
