  Salad good. Fried mushrooms had an off taste (old grease). The Ranch dip was definitely “Sam’s Club” or Labat quality. Could do better if made from scratch. Chicken Fried Steak scored 3 of 5. Porterhouse steak scored 3 of 5. The filet portion was tender as expected, but remainder of steak a bit tougher. I know I’ve been spoiled on Prime Cut Steaks… slightly more seasoning would have improved steak flavor. Fries were cold and stale 😢. Mashed potatoes cold. Nice server was polite, but did not offer refill on Ice Tea. We ate around 2:30pm on Sep. 17, 2026. Probably won’t come back.

  So much for upscale dining. The drinks were bad, a mixed drink was horrible. The steaks were tough and dry, I think the best part of the dinner was the bread. I have been to other saltgrass restaurants but this one was the worst. Very sad but I definitely do not recommend this one. Go to the roadhouse or outback steakhouse they are way better.

  We arrived less than 20 minutes before closing, but all we saw were genuine smiles and OUTSTANDING service. Larissa was our server and she was perfect, she was prompt and cheerful. We never had to wait but she didn't hover. Our ribeyes were PERFECT. We ordered medium and they came out exactly right. Dominick the manager obviously has a great team who work well together.

  Literally my favorite restaurant but today the bread came out and it was different the server Donive was super sweet and explained that the GM Stacy was working on her day off and wasn’t familiar at making the bread. That didn’t even matter it was made with love and very delicious. She did great. Our Server was also great constantly checking on us making sure we were good! Thank you! Stacy and Donive for making today a great experience!

  Lots of fun today at Saltgrass! I usually make my own steaks, and I make great steaks! But sometimes it’s a special occasion like my nephew’s birthday or you just wanna be spoiled! We really enjoyed ourselves! My nephew and I had a couple of big ribeyes cooked medium rare just like we ordered. My niece had the Chicken Fried Steak. Everything was delicious! The sides, salads, loaded baked potatoes and Brussels Sprouts were excellent! We also ordered the Fried Onions and the Seafood Fondue as appetizers. Both very good! The little guy Jojo devoured them and then had chicken strips! To top it all off and make the meal special, our server Arlea made us feel like we were welcome guests! We had special requests and even changed our requests a couple of times. She never missed a beat! That’s what makes you smile when you walk out the door! I have eaten at some highly advertised Steak Houses that are overpriced and overrated. I was very happy with the food and the way we were treated!
