  The app shows the my order is ready, however I still had to wait 15 minutes. Instead of a time estimate or even telling me I had to wait, the cashier just left the counter and went to the back, I was under the impression she was looking for my order but she wasn’t. Instead of apologizing to me, and another man who waited an hour for his pizza, the cashier was making excuses about how she doesn’t know how long the orders take and that there were 20 tickets in front of the man’s order, which he had pre ordered online. I work at a pizza establishment, she should know exactly how long it takes to make a pasta, a pizza, and an order of wings….at the very least it’s common sense

  Boo is a great employee always going above and beyond for her customers. If I could I would give her 10 stars…thanks boo, definitely will be coming back.
