  Food was alright, I never have a problem with the quality of the food. However, when it comes to the curbside I always seem to have multiple issues. The wait time is always longer than expected in this location. I had waited 20 minutes for my drinks that were forgotten only for me to go inside to get them after I waited 30 minutes for my food. Customer service is always terrible in this location. They are rude and purposely ignore you when you are trying to get their help. Then, I always have something missing in my order. If I’m paying for something I hope to get it, other than that I’m basically being robbed.

  I come here only because I live close and sometimes my kidd just want something from here but my orders have been made wrong many times and was charged for the wrong order also still waiting on refund after 14 days. I feel i waste my time and money and my breathe trying to tell them what they did wrong and to please correct it. Dont play with my money. From now on I will be driving to the one on saratoga and weber they never mess up my orders. How do you forget cheese on a cheeseburger? It was so dry i gave the patty to my dog. And also most there must not know how to count i am always missing nuggets . I know its FAST food but it ain't a race. Get another job if you hate it there .

  15 minute wait at drive through? the big arch is the most flavorless burger I've ever had lol

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This is disgusting for a women’s restroom or ANY restroom, actually. Couldn’t even switch to a different stall because there’s no toilet tissue in there whatsoever.
