  "Open 24 hours" yet we went by at 2:40 am and was told by the lady they were closed. So much for breakfast....

  Employees dont acknowledge the customers and make us depend way too much on the kiosks. All I wanted was 2 ice creams and I left with nothing. When I wanted to pay upfront I was ignored for a couple of minutes and just told to use the kiosk. I was frustrated while ordering and the kiosk barely showed me my receipt number before supposedly giving my receipt. No receipt printed out and I didnt even want the ice cream at that point. Just acknowledge your customers and make us feel welcome.

  I usually don't rate McDonalds because its not for human consumption other then fries for the kids

  Brittney took care of us the whole time we were there. She seriously went above and beyond. I have never in my 34 years of being alive,recieved service like this from a McDonald’s employee. Honestly the best experience I have had being there.

  I went inside to pick up my online order and the girl bagging the food was on her phone. She put away her phone and then grabbed my food. It is pretty gross to touch your phone and then touch my food. Nobody asked me at the counter if I needed help or if I had an online order. I saw that my order was ready and I said excuse me to a worker and I was completely ignored. The manager an older man was there but he did not seem to care either. The McDonalds employees and the manager need additional training.
