  I rarely leave reviews like this, but the experience at this location was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. On April 17th at 4:43 PM (Order #39), we waited nearly an hour to receive our food. It took over 30 minutes just to get drinks and another 20 minutes parked before receiving our order. When we got home, multiple items were missing (two 4 piece nugget orders and three double cheeseburgers), and everything we did receive was cold. We called the store immediately and were told to bring our receipt in so the issue could be corrected. When we returned later that night, the manager on duty refused to assist us. She took my receipt out of my hand and would not return it. While I was trying to get it back, she made physical contact with my arm. After the interaction, once she handed it back and I said thank you, she called me a vulgar name in front of staff and other customers. I remained respectful for most of the interaction and only became upset after being disrespected and physically handled. No customer should be treated that way in any setting. The following morning at 11:08 AM, we called and spoke with the general manager, who was also very rude and dismissive and stated we would not receive any resolution. This review is not about a refund. It is about basic respect, professionalism, and how customers are treated. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard.

  The people are so rude. The hours on the door say lobby open Monday-Thursday open 6am-11pm Friday-Saturday 6am-12pm Sunday 6am-11pm My family walks in about 10:34 then the manager try’s kicking us out then goes to say fine u can eat but you only have 10 minutes then have to be out. She was really un personal and so rude in front of my little kids. Not ever coming back here.
