    I placed my order at 4:40pm CST and am just now leaving the restaurant at 5:25m CST. Placed my order in the drive thru. 3 double cheeseburgers, 6pc happy meal chicken nugget, a large fry and a large sprite. The first order that was given to me was incorrect, the second order was half right but I was missing the happy meal. I was then asked to wait for the happy meal even though 20 minutes had already elapsed. I told the employee who walked the meal out to me (I believe his name was Sabastian) to forget the order, I would just go in for a refund. At this point the burgers I had ordered had been sitting in my car for 10 minutes while I was still being told to wait for a happy meal. sabastian took the bags of food and I drove around to get my refund. I paid cash. I walked in and the manager, Julie/Jolie made it seem as if I wanted a refund just to be petty. I explained about the wait and she walked off to get my refund. Upon her return she gave me the wrong amount. Less than I had paid for the order - she said she didn’t refund the sprite - in my frustration I had forgotten to bring the drink inside with me. I told her I would go out and get it l - she asked “you don’t just want to keep it?” I replied “no, I want my money back” as I’m walking out she says to other people in the restaurant that I was being difficult. When I came back in with the sprite I told her I wasn’t being difficult I just want my money back - she said you are, you want a refund but didn’t bring back the drink” again she walked off to complete the refund. She set my money down on the counter and walked off. I asked another employee who was standing at the counter what her name was and he said Jolie I said thank you and was leaving the building. I heard her loudly say (I would even say she yelled) “eewww don’t give out my name to her!” I had just gotten into my car, scanned the QR code to complete the survey when Jolie/Julie (the same manager who processed my return) came out of the store like she was looking for me. We saw each other and she smirked and walked back inside. I don’t know about your policies - but for a manager to follow a customer outside or go outside looking for a customer for an interaction that at most could be called bad - no yelling, no cussing nothing like that took place when I requested my refund to when I left with my money seems crazy. What was the point of her coming out to see me/ look for me? If not for intimidation purposes or something along those lines.

    Door washer, usually on the slow end and hard to get some attention unless your "outloud" about what you need but CHASE on drive-thru AND front lobby is attentive and staying busy rather than chatting while orders are stacking up.

    Ive gone to this location many times, but the last 2 times I've gone the floors have been slippery I dont know if they are mopping with degresser or what. The last time we went an employee even mopped just for it to still feel slippery.

    I wanted to shout out the mgr on duty, Christy today. She handled the app mishap really well. I appreciate her time and help with it.

    This drive thru takes forever and it seems like you always need to pull foward. I don’t remember it being like this in the past but now it’s basically protocol that the drive thru is backed up.
