Stopped in for a quick lunch, Josh was our server. He was polite, positive, and very helpful. He explained the specials, made suggestions, and was very friendly. He took our order, and our appetizer came our fast. We had the fried zucchini , which was delicious. Our main meal arrived and we were very pleased with the fried fish and etouffee.

Absolutely terrible experience. The food was gross and tasted old, the server was rude the entire time, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. To make things worse, I saw staff members outside smoking, and there was a strong smell of weed near the restaurant. It’s definitely not family friendly like they advertise if customers have to deal with that smell while trying to eat. Definitely not somewhere I’d want to return to.

Terrible service, the waitress did not write any of our orders down or remember them and came back with the wrong items multiple times. The staff was rushing our party to leave even though we didn’t get our food until 15 minutes before closing after waiting almost 2 hours. We had to request silverware and drink refills after waiting unnecessarily long for the drinks in the first place. If you want to enjoy your meal, go somewhere else…

First time to a Landry's Kitchen. We ended up here because we had a free appetizer from our hotel, but we are certainly glad we came. We had one of the specials that was Grouper with artichoke, spinach and tomatoes in a cream sauce. We had the Fried Zucchini appetizer and it was one of the best I have ever had. I ordered the coconut shrimp and fries (would have preferred a pineapple dipping sauce). It was all good, we ordered way too much food. We would recommend this place. The manager came by to check on us and to see if it was our first time to visit a Landry's Kitchen. Staff was friendly and the place was in convenient location and clean.

The food was OK, with the exception of the chicken and sausage gumbo. In Corpus we have a lot of good places for gumbo from great to average. This gumbo us probably the worst gumbo I've ever had in a fairly long history of eating gumbo.
I also got the half po boy (shrimp) which was good, but there were no pickles on it. Thats kind of a bing thing to leave off if you market yourself as a Gulf Coast themed restaurant.
We had the oyster special (a dozen for $38). They were ok, but they lacked any real flavor. They were also pretty skimpy. So, my biggest complaint here was they were not nearly worth the price.
I don't have a desire to go back here, but the fried seafood platters looked good, and they have a really nice interior and fun drinks. If you find yourself going there, I'd recommend you stick with the fried stuff and the drinks and you're likely to have a really good experience.
