  Landry’s deserves FIVE STARS—and Emma deserves a standing ovation! I’m visiting Corpus Christi from out of town, and this is the kind of experience that makes a restaurant a place you look forward to coming back to. First, the twin lobster tail special—TWO lobster tails for $38—is an unbelievable value! What a fantastic reason to treat yourself and enjoy a great meal. But the real star of this visit was Emma. She brought such warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality to the experience. There’s something special about being served by someone who makes you feel welcome and appreciated, and Emma absolutely delivered. Her service made an already wonderful visit even more memorable. I travel to Corpus Christi regularly for work, and Landry’s has earned a spot on my return list. I’ll be recommending it to friends and colleagues, both for the incredible special and for the outstanding hospitality. To the management team: please give Emma the recognition she deserves! She represents your restaurant beautifully and gives guests a reason to return. Thank you, Emma, and thank you, Landry’s—this was a highlight of my time in Corpus Christi!

  Came here becausr we're visting from out of town and our Hotel suggested it. We were in the mood for some fish and chips. Soleil was our server and was totally delightful, gave us excellent service, and was super helpful in figuring out what to order. Everything we ate was delicious. The parmesan crusted redfish was very good and we appreciated getting some veggies in, since we also ordered the seafood platter and got a good amount of fried fish, shrimp and fries. Would come again!

  The food was ok, but the service sucked. It was slow and there were 4 tables of people. Our server never asked if we needed anything or refilled our drinks. I had to get up and do it myself. You better believe we left 0 tip. We're not coming back. There are plenty of places with much better service and cheaper food that doesn't taste like it came from a big Franchise.

  They shouldn’t put Landry’s name on this restaurant! This experience I would compare to back in the 90’s when Long John Silver’s was doing a grilled menu with green beans and rice as sides. There is no way this is a 4.6 restaurant. Oil for my salad not even olive oil. It was Canola/Olive oil blend. About as cheap as you can get. Got the two lobster tail Tuesday special. Lobsters the size of large shrimp. Asked him to only have them prepare in butter and not oil. Yes, they did it and then still prepared veggies in oil. Two sides and a salad were supposed to be included. Charged me for a second side and a salad. Gumbo also not good at all. Look elsewhere for a restaurant in Corpus Christi. I dont know what this place is trying to be, but it is bottom of the barrel not 4.6 stars. $70 wasted.

  We recently ate at Landry’s Kitchen on SPID in Corpus Christi. The Parmesan-crusted redfish was outstanding—easily a 10/10. I ordered the shrimp boil, which was good but needed dipping butter. It comes covered in a decent sauce, but because it’s served on a flat plate, the sauce spreads out and becomes difficult to use for dipping. I had to request melted butter separately. Overall, I’d give the shrimp boil a 6.5/10. Unfortunately, the oysters were the worst part of the meal. My wife and I both love oysters, and these did not seem fresh. Several smelled strongly fishy, and a few smelled genuinely spoiled. Fresh oysters should smell clean and briny, like ocean water—not like dead fish. We could not comfortably eat them. That is a serious quality-control issue, especially when serving raw shellfish. The redfish was excellent, but the oysters significantly hurt the overall experience.
