  Melissa made our experience at Joe’s Crab Shack exceptional! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She checked on us frequently, made sure our drinks stayed full, and was quick to answer any questions we had about the menu. Even though the restaurant was busy, she never made us feel rushed and always had a positive attitude with a smile. Great customer service can really make a meal memorable, and Melissa did exactly that. We’ll definitely be asking for her the next time we visit. Thank you, Melissa, for such an awesome dining experience!

  We had a big group of 10+ and had the pleasure of being serviced by Samantha! She was terrific and made the experience worth it, especially, with such a big group. With a big group comes accommodations and she gave no hesitation to make it as comfortable as possible for us .. from the little kids to adults might I add. She tended to our table in a timely manner, was always smiling, and friendly to all of us. Great experience thanks to Samantha!!

  We came here for nostalgia, and were invited at the request of a regular patron of Joe's Crab Shack, Dr. Billy Rios. The hostess this evening was rude, short with us and when we were called for our table continued with the rude attitude. Thankfully the ever vivacious and hands down adorable Rebecca G saved the night's dinIng experience, from suggesting dishes, and cocktails for us to try and whipping up some crackers after hearing me say I was a bit hangry :) Fortunately for us she was here to literally not only save the evening but spot on make perfect our first evening here in Corpus on 7/3. If you're headed to Joe's Crab Shack at the T-Heads, make sure you ask for Rebecca G for an absolutely delicious and delightful evening! Oh and try their Bloody Mary's it's her favorite and they are perfection!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

  My family and I came to Joe’s Crab Shack since my wife loves crab and shrimp as we got there the place was in an amazing spot we loved the looking at the water but when we got seated and had our server we ordered drinks and food we got told the drinks were covered and also the server recommended different items as they had better options and still included what we wanted so we did but about 5 minutes in our server had to leave and we got another server as we got our food it did not include the items said previous server mentioned so we had to change it and wait again for our food and when we paid the items we were promised we didn’t have to pay for we indeed had to overall it was miscommunication which was quite annoying

  My sister in law had to get her crab legs before we left from our trip. Service was extremely slow. We ordered an appetizer sampler plate everything was cold except for the cheese dip. The oyster Rockefeller app was great. They had no kids menus. The server was nice enough to tell us what was on the kids menu. The crab legs came out and she devoured those suckers. Fried coconut shrimp needed a lot of love added to them, fish and chips tasted old, and the flounder plate the fish was extremely dry. We tried to use the telescopes out on the back patio area but both machines were stuck. Best thing was the view we were able to watch the ski boats riding by in the marina.
