This establishment is very unprofessional in the way they keep things running, almost every time I enter the employees seem to scatter around until they find their way to the register to take my order. On top of that I ordered small pretzel bites and lemonade and was very unsatisfied to see that most of the bites had little salt on them and were hard to bite into. I've also noticed roaches crawling while orders are being made and that completely turned my stomach, I don't think I'll come back here until they either get new management or pest control because it's very apparent things are not being run as they should here, if there's so many ongoing issues. On one of my visits which was slightly busy when I came in, I noticed that an older lady who worked there seemed to not really care about the handling of food and it looked like she just said to hell with it while making orders. Do not go here if you're looking for an amazing smoothie experience, because the vibe is overall depressing and disgusting. Do better Jamba.

went in here on national coffee day to grab my three dollar coffee and had excellent service from the general manager. She was super kind and helpful after I didn’t have a good experience at a different place thanks again!

i absolutely love jamba juice. i love the smoothies, my daughter loves the auntie anne’s pizza pretzels. well we walked in looked for the pizza pretzels. didn’t see any. asked how long it takes. the lady said about 5 minutes. then checked the cheese, and turned around and seemed like she hated her whole life, it’s like frozen. and i’m like okay. well does that add to the time. no like maybe a minute or two longer. which i’m fine with. you order food it’s not always going to be done right away obviously. but don’t act like it’s your life’s work, and would take 10 years to make. literally one of the few items on the menu. anyways. moral of the story. if it’s your job. do it with a smile. or don’t do it at all.

I really don’t understand why businesses have hours if they arnt followed. Door had a written sign saying “we close at 7:30” and it wasn’t 7:30 and yet the doors were locked. If businesses make up their own hours, then don’t bother having hours listed…
