- GRGabriel De La RosaSep 25, 20261.0I have had terrible experiences with the HEB Pharmacy at store #69! The latest experience was a few days ago when I went to the drive-through to pick up some prescriptions . The lines were taking 20 minutes before a vehicle would move up. I was so frustrated after waiting for the first hour, that I called to speak with a supervisor, as I continued to wait in line. I got a MIC (manager in charge) I told him about my lengthy wait and that that was an indication that they need more help in pharmacy. He proceeded to tell me that he was just there and that they were fully staffed. After one hour and 30 minutes, I finally got to the window. I saw this poor girl looking frazzled and stressed out. She was the only one trying to service both lines! That tells me that they are understaffed, but the MIC assured me over and over that they were more than fully staffed. After reading prior reviews, it is apparent that this is an on going problem for many HEB customers trying to pick up prescriptions! Are we so insignificant that management hasn’t addressed and solved this problem?

But the manager I had to talk to you after I slipped was very rude and dismissive. Their name was Blossom. Then the cashier that checked me out afterwards what is extremely rude. 2/10
