- TSTphone SamsungOct 5, 20261.0Stopped by to pick up a pie for my mom's birthday (yes pie...not cake) and her powerball tickets. Saw a long line at the Service desk and decided to try using the Self service Lottery machine...MAKE SURE TO PUT EXACT MONEY because the machine does not give change. I forced to buy extra tickets. The digital message came up AFTER I put my money in. NOT COOL!!
- LLLab LoverSep 30, 20261.0I had at least 5 people ahead of me in the Service line. Most of the folks were paying their bills with one person working the area. It took 15 minutes to return an item with NO APOLOGIES for the wait or even a "thank you for waiting". I had to watch employees (who may be on break) bring outside coffee drinks in and one girl walked over with her drink to the Self purchase Lottery machine buy tickets with her badge on. What manager allows long lines accumulate without sending help over? Customer Service is truly DEAD!! Please teach your employees to thank customers for waiting especially if they had been in line for 15 MINUTES PLUS.

Back then, they even had those trampolines built into the ground and for 25 cents you could jump for joy for 30 minutes! It was just off from the parking lot. There were some giant dirt piles while they were still building and after the workers left we could play "king of the hill." Great, soft Texas dirt.
