- AAAndrewSep 29, 20261.0Ok this may be petty because overall I like the store BUT the other week we went through a line and the bagger didn't put one of our bags in the cart. We realized when we got home and immediately called the store, maybe 20 minutes after leaving the store. We explained we were missing a bag, described which items and they said yeah but we already put them back so bring the receipt. Which hey, I admit that's not unreasonable but we could not find the receipt anywhere. I asked would telling you the items and which register they were left with my banking app showing the charge be enough? Nope! They needed the paper receipt. Which seems somewhat understandable except for in this economy that bag was a decent chunk of $.
