When I reiterated what my order was supposed to be the only two employees there looked confused by what a mocha latte is. Asked for a refund and finally got my order correct, I believe only because they couldn't figure out how to give me my cash back.

The kid who waited on us had no idea what kind of donuts were in the case and they were not labeled. We ended up with a very bad impression of the establishment. Now, what do we do with over a half dozen Bavarian cream? Staff definitely needs training and donuts need to be labeled so customers don't have to ask what kind of filling they contain and can order with names.a
