"I cannot say enough good things about this Dairy Queen location, all thanks to Melissa and her incredible crew! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, genuine smiles and top-notch customer service.
Not only were our orders prepared quickly and accurately, but the store was exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Melissa clearly runs a tight ship, fostering a positive, welcoming environment that shines through her entire team.

Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service.
I was with my daughter-in-law when she placed and paid for an order at 10:12 PM for one Mini Reese’s Blizzard, two Small Oreo Blizzards, and regular fries. When the Blizzards arrived, the Mini Reese’s was melting so badly it ran all over her hand. She asked for it to be remade, and the replacement was still mostly melted, but she chose not to complain again and continued waiting.
Initially, she calmly asked about the fries and was told they were still being made. After watching 7–9 vehicles that ordered after her receive their food and leave, I asked about our order from the curbside area. She then approached the drive-through window to ask what was taking so long. We were told a large order had been placed after hers.
We continued waiting until the entire drive-through cleared. Everyone else had received their orders and left, while we were still waiting for one order of fries. I finally told the employee that we still had not received our fries and requested a refund. We were then told the fries had apparently been given to another customer who ordered after us because they had placed a large order.
I have years of restaurant/fast-food experience, and I understand large orders take longer—but regular fries should not take 45–60 minutes, especially when the order was placed and paid for before multiple customers who were served afterward.
The most frustrating part was that not once did a manager come out to speak with us, explain the delay, apologize, or attempt to resolve the situation. We were eventually given a cash refund, and my daughter-in-law left at approximately 11:10 PM—nearly an hour after ordering—with nothing but a refund and no apology, explanation, or compensation whatsoever.
Mistakes happen, but management needs to take responsibility when they do. This location needs serious improvement in customer service, communication, urgency, management, and accountability.
I hope the franchise owner/corporate team reviews this incident because this experience was completely unacceptable.

CIARA MORIN REVIEW CONTINUED……By the time the situation was finally resolved, it was approximately 11:10 PM—nearly an entire hour after I initially placed and paid for my order.
And after waiting nearly an hour?
All I received was a refund.
No apology from management.
No explanation from management.
No effort to make the situation right.
No compensation whatsoever for nearly an hour of wasted time and the inconvenience caused.
I am not upset simply because my food took longer than expected. I am upset because of the complete lack of communication, urgency, accountability, and management involvement throughout this situation.
I remained patient and calm when I first asked about my fries. I continued waiting even after receiving a replacement Blizzard that was still melted. I only became increasingly concerned after repeatedly seeing customers who ordered after me receive their complete orders and leave while no one could give us a clear explanation for why ours was still sitting there incomplete.
This location needs to be held accountable for its customer service, management team, lack of urgency, communication, and overall quality of service.
Mistakes happen in restaurants. Orders get mixed up. Large orders come in. I understand that. What matters is how management handles those mistakes. In this case, there was no visible management involvement, no sense of urgency, no meaningful communication, and no attempt to make the situation right beyond simply handing us a cash refund after the restaurant had already closed.
I strongly encourage the franchise owner and/or corporate management to review what happened, including the handling of orders placed before and after mine, the apparent misplacement of my fries, the lack of communication with customers, and most importantly, why a manager never stepped in to address the situation.
Nearly an hour for three Blizzards and one regular order of fries is unacceptable. Watching every other vehicle leave successfully while we were left waiting is unacceptable. Having our fries apparently given to a customer who ordered after us is unacceptable. And having no manager take responsibility for the situation is unacceptable.
I expected better customer service and accountability from Dairy Queen. This experience was extremely disappointing, and this location needs to do better.
