- HPHaley PMay 18, 20261.0We have been to this location a few times; we typically do pick up orders but since there’s always been something wrong with the order we chose to go inside. We went at 730pm on a Monday. Filthy floors/tables, un-personable and rude staff. The staff had a leisurely pace to assist the patrons, zero urgency with orders. There was no greeting to anyone, nobody in the back or window shared a greeting either; the atmosphere was absolutely uninviting. When it was our time to order there was no greeting to us, when I asked what kind of chicken one of the protein items was the response I received was “chicken”, then when we asked for tortillas on the side we received a look of disgust from the employees. Then the 2 employees at the counter continued their leisurely pace and a side bar conversation about their weekend work schedule and not wanting to work it. We truly felt as if we were a burden to the employees. We all know what customer service is expected at chains/fast food but with this experience, coupled with the continued lack of order accuracy, we will no longer choose Chipotle.
