I called the store to find out why or to see if they will be available soon or if there’s an issue with the app. The automated system keeps taking me in circles and will not allow me to speak to anybody at the restaurant. This is super frustrating! They want me to drive over there to ask my question! We live across the street and we are there picking up food all the time and I am not going over there today after all! The fact that I cannot speak to anybody in the restaurant is a real issue! I’m going somewhere else for lunch today!

All bland. Barbacoa was peppery tasting. I admit the portion size was bigger than I expected. Also ordered chips and cheese. The tortilla chips were salted just right but the chips were stale.
- DCDonna ChristmanJul 28, 20265.0Food was great. I got a chicken bowl to go with cilantro rice, black beans, corn, veggies, cheese and lettuce. Here were the service came into play. The "boy" that helped me gave me what chicken was left in container which was 4 pieces, and as far as veggies go was a piece of bell pepper and onion. When I questioned about the amount of veggies he told me that they were out for the day( it was roughly 5pm) then the chicken he told me he could hold my bowl and when it was done he would add it to it but it would take 20 min to cook.? I took what he made me, let my husband order his and left. I dont recommend this Chipotle at all. He filled my husband's bowl up so much it was oozing out when they put the lid on and my bowl was barley filled half way.
