It is actually a rare occurrence that my order is all correct. But today was by far the worst experience I have ever had at chipotle. I waited 45 minutes over pick up time for my food. Once I got home I opened my 2 meals to see that both were incorrect. One bowl was missing more than half the items that were ordered. The other bowl had items that were not ordered in it. I could see the employees were overwhelmed but that’s not an excuse to be rude. They did mention they were out of chicken so I said steak was okay, but half of my meal missing is ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with today’s experience. Typically when my order is incorrect I take it with a grain of salt and always go back. After this experience I am unsure if I will ever order from chipotle again.
