  This Chipotle is always bad. It is always dirty. Trash overflowing, floors dirty, counters dirty, etc. It makes the experience unpleasant. The like is always outrageous and it takes forever to get food. I have been here multiple times where their system just “shuts down” so we have to wait at least ten minutes extra for them to fix it so we can pay and leave. It’s starting to get ridiculous. They need to fix this location.

  I always do online orders here and it’s always so fresh and amazing, They don’t skimp out either my burrito is always thick as hell.. I don’t eat inside so I can say much about the atmosphere but when I go in to pick up my order the lobby is usually pretty dirty with napkins and stuff everywhere but no biggie! Just as long as my burrito is beautiful! Staff is pretty calm and collected and nice!

  Terrible services waited for 35 min. Only 1 person doing food and register. Line out the door. 3 other people working but not one helped line move faster or did register.

  I’ve had repeated issues with this location being consistently late. It seems like they’re often understaffed, and items like chicken are frequently out, which leads to long waits. I’ve had to wait 20–30 minutes multiple times for my order. The food itself is good when you finally get it, but the overall experience needs improvement. Management should focus on better staffing and organization to avoid these delays.

  This is the slowest chipotle I have ever been to - both times I came. I counted 5 people working (that I could see), and they had one poor guy running the entire line AND the cash register by himself. We were there in line for about 25-30 minutes so we got to watch it all for quite a while. A lady - the manager I think- was casually wiping down the line for an extended period, while a huge line of customers waited and the one guy was sweating bullets trying to serve everyone. My husband thought she was serving customers. I was like, nope - she's been just wiping down the line with a rag this whole time while all the customers watched her and waited. Then she was walking around humming, etc. while the one guy serving a line of people halfway to the door scrambled to fill orders, then ring them up himself, then back to the front of the line again to help the next customer. Insane. Its like that one employee and all of us customers weren't even there - as far as the rest of the employees and the manager were concerned. I wouldn't advise coming here unless you have 20 minutes minimum to wait - maybe count more on 30.
