  Bad service from the waitress, since the moment we arrived, the restrooms where a mess and it smelled awful, our food was cold, our appetizer sampler felt like they forgot about it and left it at the counter, the cheese dips had the the top layer dried, like if they had it on the heating cabinet for hours, the waitress didn't check up on us and our food took forever to arrive

  This is one of the best dining experiences I've had in years. Not only was our server Alex amazing and totally on her game, but the food was also delicious and the value is unbeatable. Do not rob yourself of the peak human experience of visiting Buffalo Wild Wings. Specifically, this location. I will visit next time I am in town.

  1 star is to much this was the worst experience ever took 10 minutes to sit down and restaurant was empty finally got waitress named Jayden we advise tea was not sweet and she gave us a attitude with the eyes rolling when asked to replace with fresh tea advise couldn't. Asked for sugar and literally instead of giving a cup full she going to count out exactly the 8 packs . Then asked to speak with manger instead brings out cook to speak with us. Cook was like just put sugar but wouldn't taste it so they could taste how bad it taste. Try to tell us to get another drink or water lm Iike really. Finally asked if she was manager said no asked again to speak with manger. Finally manger came out and she also need training on dealing with her employees cause she literally said nothing just sorry never talk to the waitress to pull her aside and after that no-one served us worst 1st time experience ever.

  Order take out thru app. I stood there unattended for about 10 min before I was asked about what I needed. Young lady was a polite once she got to me. Immediately she told her -I’m assuming manager- that she didn’t see my order. They then confirmed away from me that it did go thru. 10 min later I got my order. Drove home and the wings had so little sauce they were literally almost plain. The fries were so old and cold I ate one and threw the rest away. Just bad experience overall, especially for my first time there. All around they could do better with communication, qc, and customer relations. I would’ve gladly waited for a fresh order, unfortunately I STILL waited longer and got total garbage.
