Lol, this place is terrible! The workers here are the worst! They act like they have the hardest job out there! I read a comment about this old lady that worked there, when I went with my wife I was hoping it was a bad joke but in fact it’s not! We encountered this person and let me tell you, it was all true! While we chose what we wanted she was just staring off to the side, not as much as a hello or a how are you doing. She just stared off to the side as if we were inconveniencing her. Then when we told her what we wanted she just rushed and gave us the smallest scoops I’ve ever received here. Then when my wife changed her mind about a flavor she just rolled her eyes and gave out a sigh. Wow, such amazing customer service you guys have going here. This place is just dirty, sad and pathetic compared to how it used to be. Just go to marble slab or your local palatera where your business is appreciated and you are treaded with kindness and respect.

I didn’t appreciate you trying the hurry us, not offering samples and being rude when asked what type of toppings they wanted on their sundaes. If you hate your job so much then quit! You were seriously lousy and I hope you change your attitude, though I’m sure you’re probably too old to that now.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
