  Purchased just a beef n cheddar with horsey sauce in the drive through, it was just awful. The meat was highly salted, the buns were terribly soggy, and no horsey sauce. My ride had to be somewhere or I would have taken it back. I've been going to this Arby's since 1995 and never was it this nasty, I threw it away. I tried calling the store, but not once does anyone answer. Get it together, you'll lose customers like myself.

  Big shout out to Ebony and her crew tonight 6-12-26. They went above and beyond for our order. We came from Rockport and the love and effort they put in, top notch. Will be returning ❤️
