Everything about my experience every time I go in is always a treat! I love the way it’s clean and spacious, I love the food and the freshness as well! Ebony, the manager was such a sweetheart and she was very happy and that’s what I like to see!

Had such a good experience at Arby’s today! We got the $7.99 meal with the chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks, small fry, small drink, and a burger everything was fresh, hot, and delicious 😋 The store was super clean, the food came out fast, and the customer service was amazing. Ebony was so friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences we’ve had in a while!

The boy that was taking our order was very nice and helpful but we were the only one who order and it took over 15 minutes just for a small order.
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience. Unfortunately, the quality of both the food and service fell far below acceptable standards.
To begin with, my order was incomplete, as I did not receive the sandwich I had paid for. This alone was frustrating, but the issues did not stop there. The macaroni I was served was undercooked to the point of being inedible, with a raw texture that made it clear it had not been prepared properly. Additionally, the chicken tenders were unusually tough and had a stretchy, unpleasant consistency, suggesting poor preparation or handling.
What made the situation worse was the lack of response from customer service. When I attempted to address these issues, I was ignored, and no effort was made to resolve the problem or acknowledge my concerns. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Based on the food quality issues and the lack of basic customer service, I cannot recommend this location.
First the store is dirty the drink station has mold, the bathrooms the ceiling has drip stains that have been there for months, my sandwiches arent up to par they are cold, not accurate when I weigh them myself I am being shorted on meat I got a half pound roast beef was cut super thick and weighed 6.95oz on top of that I can hear the guy in the back with the grey shirt cussing and talking negatively about the people who are keeping them in business, the store needs a good cleaning, better staffing, and over all new managers I will not be coming back again I have tried several times the wait times in drive through are over 10 14 even 20 minutes then the food is cold, rude man with blond tips never asking nicely always rude sometimes I wonder if this is why they are always slow. Bad service ran by a bunch of kids.
