  The girl taking my order had the worst attitude ever, tried to correct my drink order 3 times when i specifically asked for a pink MERMAID , then she saw I tipped and started thanking me like no other , another girl giving me my drink didn’t say a word to me , no greeting etc , just gave me my drink and as I was pulling off another girl walked in front of my car and I braked and she dead stared at me with an ugly look like maybe watch where you’re going next time 🤣 yeah terrible employees but the drink was good!

  Went through the drive through to get a drink for the wife. Melanie C provided great customer service and had a very good attitude and was friendly.

  So we visited my father-in-law on this side of town tonight Aug162026 so you can talk directly to this crew. Idk if it's a night crew thing or what but never had this problem with days, While driving in I'd like to state their was no cones, lights, signs or anything that stated a lane was closed and a vehicle was already in the lane we choose by the time I'm 75% of the way their a young man started pointing aggressively to move to the next and then the crew proceeded to look and talk in front of us like we can't see them and stare the whole time we ordered and waited as if we committed the most heinous crime known to man. The person that actually took the order which was completely different from the original who proceeded to continue to talk about the subject was very nice we went with in hours the location says open till 10PM showed up at 8:40PM and after we where done it looks like they moved the cones so people could know they need to close the register and not use that lane. I think some extra training needs to be done on hospitality and customer service or at least tell them to talk inside or after we drive off and not stare.

  The staff here is so amazing, with the best drinks, atmosphere, and brewistas. Shoutout to my amazing calallen location!
