  Picking up the new apple pie machiatto with apple butter drizzle on way to get my granddaughter from school. It took too long and they didn't put the apple butter drizzle, the guy says, "sorry." I looked at him and said yes it is, but sorry doesn't fix things. I usually go to the Alameda location, never had a problem there. This was just close to her school. It sucks!

  I’ve been a long time in two different cities. The smooth seven is probably the best coffee I’ve ever had and my dog, Goose, Rates the pupcup A+ not like the skimpy treats at Starbucks

  Pulling in to the lot is a little tight but not bad. Always friendly staff.

  The worker handed my drink with the lid half off and the iced coffee poured into my truck and work clothes. I had to go back home to change clothes and wipe down my truck interior. The worker sai sorry, that was a bad lid let me get you a new one. Then, the replacement lid leaked on my clothes some more. NEVER AGAIN

  I don’t know why we hire teenagers who give us dirty looks and they still get our order wrong. We payed 14 dollars for two drinks and they couldn’t get either one of them right. My partner ordered a firecracker chiller with energy and they didn’t put the energy in it. I ordered a blonde chiller and they didn’t put the chocolate in it. When my partner brought this up. The server took the drink back to where the guy making the drink poured a TON of chocolate in a new cup and poured the wrong drink in there. Instead of making a new drink. The server then handed us a cup without wiping it down the lid wasn’t even on and it got Carmel and chocolate everywhere. Not mention by this time the drink was pretty melted down. Why make drinks 15min in advance? It’s not gonna be fresh by the time you get it to the paying customer.
