  Had a pretty good experience at Chipotle. I tried the new Chipotle Honey Chicken and really enjoyed it. It had a nice flavor and was definitely worth trying. The only downside was the dining area. It could have been cleaner, with some food left on the floor. Overall, good food and a decent visit.

  Yikes. Cashier was so focused on being unhelpful to a lady doing a mobile order (literally told her “I don’t use the app so I can’t help you”) that she totally ignored me, and I’m standing there waiting to pay and then she seems to remember I’m there (was there before the other lady) and rolls her eyes and points to the card thing. She never spoke a single word to me up until that point, I had no idea she had rung me up. Learn basic social skills, please! This was my first time inside a Chipotle in years, and I will not be back.

  Staff was exceptionally rude and went out of their way to make the visit uncomfortable. Will not be coming back.

  Have always had a bad experience here. Girl at the counter is rude and makes you feel like you were a burden on her and rolls her eyes at you when she thinks you aren’t looking. She was more interested in talking loudly about her personal relationship issues with the other workers. Was too scared to order tortillas because they already made me feel like I was an annoyance for asking for some sauce and I just wanted to get out of their hair as fast as I could. There was one guy who was nice and was trying really hard to pick up everyone else’s slack.

  I don’t usually do this but I had an unusually late night at work and got to chipotle at 10:48 pm. 12 mins before they closed . I understand the frustration of having to help a customer right before you close but I literally didn’t ask much, the food was still prepped, all I needed was it to go. The gentleman at the counter was standing on his phone and didn’t even acknowledge me he started pointing at what I wanted either burrito or bowl. The gentleman behind him had to ask me how I was doing bc my server wasn’t even using his words. Once he heated up my tortilla , I asked if he could grab a vinaigrette cause it was right in front of him, and I was gonna need it, he then proceeded to grab it rudely and toss it down to the end of the counter , I then said “ I’m gonna go somewhere else, ur clearly not wanting to prepare my food” , and I said I get it ! And I walked out. Once again, I don’t try to be the person who comes in last min but my day was extremely long and I just wanted a healthier food option for dinner . I’ve never had problems with this chipotle but this review doesn’t even do justice to how poorly the gentleman at the counter treated me. Very disappointed. I would have been in and out in the span of 3 mins but someone decided to make the experience terrible .
