Like 5 people there walking around having obnoxious conversations, not one person even looked at me or acknowledged me and my son were there, until they were ready to take our order. Place was empty. Manager checking temps, same thing and I was standing directly in front of her. Wild. Easy to imagine one or two employees having poor customer service skills but the whole team, that’s crazy. They must not pay much.

They either use the wrong rice or chicken or they just straight up don’t give you part of your order. This is probably one of the most inconsistent restaurants I’ve ever been to. Will be going to the other locations from now on. Sad because this one has the chipotlane.

- KNKristina NapoliJun 8, 20261.0We ordered 2 burritos from this location and kid’s tacos and there were LITERALLY about 4 small pieces of chicken in the burrito. I wish this was an exaggeration, but I swear it’s not. They filled the entire burrito with mainly rice (even though we asked for little rice), very little black beans and almost no chicken! My son’s mini cutie orange was rotten, so he couldn’t even eat it. We pulled through the drive thru, but had to wait so long, that we decided to run into the place to get it. There were like 6 or 7 employees and they were all standing around doing nothing. 4 people in line and cars in the drive thru line. Seems like they ran out of food and just rolled the burritos with rice for the to go orders, because they figured by the time they realized it, it would be too late. I am not one to leave reviews, good or bad, but this was such a huge disappointment and waste of money.
