    Online shows they close at 11PM but their door says closes 10:30PM IDK maybe update your timings on Google so people do t waste time driving there.

    I went inside today and stood at the counter for a while, and no one came to the counter to take my order so I just walked out. That’s the second time.

    Today after work I went to the drive-thru. The young man was very friendly and took my order quickly. When I got up to the window he greeted me and told me it would be just a couple of minutes so that he can prepare the food. I said to him, you must be short staffed. I believe he was because he was bouncing around doing everything. I appreciated the fact that he was friendly, communicated and professional under these circumstances. I hope you all can appreciate this young man! I believe Arby's has the best cheese sticks!
