  I gave this place multiple chances, but after my last experience I will never return. The customer service was honestly terrible from start to finish. I was made to feel uncomfortable while ordering because I didn’t pronounce something the way they thought it should be said. Instead of politely helping, it felt like I was being laughed at and judged. The overall attitude from the staff made it seem like they were in a hurry to rush me out the door rather than actually wanting my business. The more uncomfortable I felt, the less I even wanted to order. They even forgot basic things like napkins and a fork, which only added to the feeling that they didn’t care. What really stood out was the attitude around tipping. I always tip when I receive decent service, but the smug comment of “you can skip that” completely killed any desire to leave one. I had just spent over $200 on groceries and could have easily gone home to eat, but I chose to support this business instead. Customers have many choices on where to spend their money, and businesses forget that one customer can mean years of repeat business and referrals. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated here, they lost me as a customer for good.

  Really good Hawaiian food, just came back from being stationed there and this place is just like the mom and pop diner’s we’d go to all over Oahu. I’ll be sure to come back again to try everything else. 🤙🏻

  Musubi's were ok. Was expecting more but honestly taste the same as the surrounding locations.

  This was definitely worth the drive from Killeen was first time going and they gonna be my go to spot now cause that food was wassup.
