    I ordered French toast sticks & they had to be the worst ones I ever had from a sonic even after I asked for them fresh. They were old and must have been re-dipped in the grease (after they said they can remake them) bc they were hard, they recooked the same ones and handed me those. I really do not like this location. I would advise you to Only get drinks

    Not sure what’s going on here at this location but I’ve never seen one employee be so nasty to his colleagues. I literally have heard him yelling from inside my vehicle and snapping. Pal this is Sonic fast food nothing in life is this serious. I’ve could swear he’s purposely pushed past workers angrily. There is a few people there that are amazing. I cant think of by name I think 1 might be James or Jim but if you’re hard-working, wonderful employee like him you shouldn’t have to endure this one individual who clearly thinks he’s special, because he wears a blue shirt. He runs around angry and rude to everybody, including customers. He has no place in customer service or working in a team environment As a prior restaurant Owner I would never allow this dysfunction on any of my teams not sure if he’s a manager or what his official title is other than clearly he thinks he’s above everyone there Sonic get rid of your bad apple and you’d have an awesome location and team with higher than a 3.8 and dropping score. No doubt most of the orders are wrong due to morale and having to deal with this one individual who clearly makes everyone there uncomfortable and certainly your customers. Try to avoid blue shirt dude and you’ll have a great experience. If not for my grandson and granddaughter loving their fries and tots I’d be avoiding at all costs just due to 1 employee.

    These guys charged me 25 cents for a groovy sauce and guess what these lazy workers didn't even give me no sauce, I have never met more people in fast food industry as lazy as the ones in the whole area of copperas cove. Like you're a grown man working and flipping my hamburgers at least don't forget my sauce next time go pour some concrete out at a construction site cause maybe you can't mess that up

    So we ordered two bacon double smasher burgers. Both were meals. One was supposed to have no cheese no ketchup no pickles add mustard... the other was all the way.... why when I get my burger they are both all the way. So called back up there dude said he would remake the messed up one..walked all the way back just for them to make it wrong again...then call them AGAIN and dude asked for name and the messed up burger AGAIN . We return today to get said burger and they still got it wrong. This time it was just a singe pattie bacon burger. Very upset and annoyed with sonic. Why ask for our name and the order if your not going to get it correct!!!
