- CACarla AndersonJun 8, 20263.0My husband ordered a curb side order at the Copperas Cove HEB. When I got there, he called & told them which spot I was in. After waiting 20 minutes, I had him call again. Because other people were arriving, getting their orders & leaving, people who had arrived after me. Then when my groceries were brought to my vehicle, they weren't in bags. Supposedly HEB had run out of bags. I talked to someone named Alphonso, & he did a good job of making excuses, even offering to get paper bags to put my groceries in. Why wasn't that done in the first place? I told him no, because this was supposed to be a convenience, it would have taken even longer for that. Sad that a company a big as HEB couldn't order enough bags to accommodate customers & that it took so much time for me to get my order. So what should have taken just a few minutes, ended up taking almost an hour. I could have done my own grocery shopping in that amount of time. I won't make the mistake of using your curb side again.
