You are what Texas is all about 💪🏼 you have our backs those portable toilets are for us. We appreciate you being here for us. Thank you for stocking water being open in a crisis. Thank you for all the perfect customer service. If we can do something in return we would. Just know when we say thank you to any of yall. I’m sure we all really mean it. Keep up the excellence. We love you HEB. Hands down first choice over Walmart 😉 when it comes to food of course … always fresh can’t forget to mention that.

I always end up having to make an extra stop for things like yogurt, orange juice, cottage cheese. They always seem to be out of the brands I'm looking for.
- PBPatrick B.Jul 28, 20265.0As far as I am concerned, HEB IS the standard for quality & customer service that all grocery chains should stive to meet. My primary location is this one because I live in Copperas Cove, but I have been known to stop by a couple locations in Killeen from time to time. The experience is the same. The selection is great. Their meat market is stellar. Their prices are fair and are always offering coupons on select items. One thing I really like is their ever-expanding line of their store brand. Their coffee? Love it! Taste of DFW is my favorite, and I just wish I could find a BIG box of it from time to time. The newly expanded meat market in the Cove location rocks as well. Their grass-fed ribeye steaks can be put up against any you'll find in a steakhouse, or any you can order online. And, they are THICK! I can't remember the times I have praised their employees, directly to them. They are energetic, polite, and engaging. Chik-Fil-A has the most courteous staff of any existing fast-food business. Well as far as grocery stores go, HEB staff are the equivalent to the staff at Chik-Fil-A, and that's saying something. The difference between HEB staff and the staff at say Walmart, is day and night. And, the icing on the cake is using the HEB card for all my purchases from HEB, AND getting 5% cash back on HEB branded items. The fact that HEB ranks on the national level is not by accident. It has been said the HEB has a cult like following, and that is not by accident either.
