However, I’m not sure what changed, but I’m very disappointed in my coffee. The iced coffee tastes terrible. I get the same thing almost every day and it’s a very easy order, but the drink sucks now. The coffee in my iced coffee is weak, and has no flavor compared to 3 months ago. Needs to be said again, VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Apparently it is because (1) you have to listen to the customer and actually write in the order for sweetener, then (2) you actually have to add the sweetener. Their customer service needs improvement. This is the 2nd time I’ve been there and have been sadly disappointed by the customer service. All the $ they paid Ben Affleck to tout their coffee is wasted on poor customer service. Will not return again.

No one was in the drive thru and they pulled me to the second window and forgot I was even there . Waited 15 min for them to ask “ what are you waiting on” when I stated a coffee they said “ did you pay already” this isn’t the first time. The goods always good but the customer service is always not to standard . They are very friendly but need more training
