A young man very polite but very unfamiliar on how to make a milkshake was waiting on me and my husband my husband told him what flavor of ice cream he wanted and he started getting the wrong flavor we ordered a large milkshake. He put 3 very small scoops into the cup. Then filled it up with milk and then had to be told what flavor of ice cream again because he did not make enough the 1st time for a large milkshake.The whole time this young man was struggling. There was a young lady which was the shift leader sitting on some milk crates and Made no effort to help him even after he asked questions. She came over and made a to go order and then begin Talking to an employee that was not working that shift that had came in. When we got the milkshake, it was absolutely nothing but milk, and she was still Talking to the off duty employee. I took the milkshake back in and asked if she could make some time to refund my money since she could not make the time to help the young man make the milkshake. But she had plenty of time to stand there and talk with the off duty employee. I asked her for the managers name and she good luck, you find it yourself. I asked the off duty employee. What the manager's name was, and his response was. I am not working. I don't have to answer questions. This happened at the copper's cove Baskin Robbins at 6:30pm August 1,2025. It should not be hard for the manager to look at the work schedule to see who this very rude young lady was. I do not recommend anyone go to this Baskin Robbins.

Once the driver arrived he was told they did not have the flavor of ice cream I requested . I then canceled my order as they did not have what I requested. I had to fight with Uber eats for a refund because I canceled. The store knew they did not have that flavor and should have never accepted the order.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
