The employees are always quick, professional and super polite. The coffee is always on point. I go to my local 7 brew daily and regardless of the weather or how busy they are they are smiling and fast.

Went at 6:20am this morning a young lady told me she did not want to get in trouble but her manager had all the stickers I had an order from work 14 drinks and canceled due to the fact everyone that ordered wanted a sticker and due to the management having the stickers with her we were unable to purchase there Very disappointing no one knew what to do staff was lost unprofessional

It was better than okay I clicked on the wrong one. I got one drink that I was not very happy with so I turned around and took it back and they happily exchanged it for a new drink. The Copperas Cove Texas location is the best and I've been to a bunch!!! All the brewistas are very nice and the drinks are the best and the grounds( no pun intended!) Are very clean!!!

This is the second time this has happened! I came in and pulled into the inside lane during a pretty busy period which is no big deal, then your employee taking orders asked me to pull into the outside lane to help with traffic. I pulled into the outside lane to watch at least 3 cars that pulled in behind me get their orders before. I sat for and extra 15 minutes!!! I watched the clock! Yall need to get things in order! I will bring this up to them next time i go. I want 2 free coffees for the inconvenience or i will never come back again. I don't understand how they allow that to happen. I would have been out of there and on with my day if i stayed where i was but instead i was being nice and doing what they wanted me to. Not again. I will never do anything your employees ask because y'all don't care so why should I. Unacceptable if you ask me and I see alot of other reviews complaining about the same thing and yall do nothing about it!!

“lulu” skipped us entirely and the car behind us, lines weren’t backed up we politely asked to order as we’d been in line she was like ohh I can come over there we spoke to the person that did eventually come out from the inside and informed them and they were extremely dismissive and inconsiderate there was zero accountability this is truly sad as there are a few employees at this location that are the perfect example of what 7Brew represent as if this wasn’t enough they did not even wipe the drinks off and we had to ask they were like oh yea sure can
