  Gone a handful of times and always been delicious. Orders have never been wrong and the drive thru has been fast. So many varieties of items that it will have something for everyone even the pickiest person

  Absolutely the slowest 7brew I’ve been to. 6/29/26 1230 pm 4 workers sitting outside not taking orders or helping inside. Both lanes full of cars ordering.

  We came thru not knowing what we wanted, and were lucky enough to have sweet Anthony taking our order. His recommendations were amazing and his customer service is top tier! Went above and beyond for us! We LOVE our brew crew here in cove!

  On May 23, 2026 I sat in the 7 Brew line for over 20mins waiting for someone to take my order. When someone came I asked to speak to the manager which I told wasn’t one but a shift leader who I still didn’t speak with. Your employee on the outer lane at 4:30 waited for cars to approach him and for drinks to be made while he propped his foot up on the stand. When I finally reached the front of the line after 10mins he left from taking orders all together to making drinks and abandoning the line to take orders. I watched a person come out skip my car and the car behind me and start taking orders. No one realized until they brought out the third vehicle’s order that no one took or orders. Then after finally getting my order taken, I had to wait in line again for all other previous order to be made instead of moving my order to the front. Worst customer service ever. I will not be back and will be posting to Facebook.
