  So yeah, two lanes. I pull up in first lane , behind another car. Second lane a truck comes and they get their order before me. One girl working outside taking orders. Everybody else chilling inside. Literally taking one order, waiting until it is done, and they are gone before even tending to the next. Disappointing.

  3.5 stars A lot of enthusiastic employees, always different young employees. Most have been okay with the service that is provided. Location of place wasn't thought out through due to the main entrance causing line in the road... hard to come in through other entrance and getting in line. Drinks are good.

  my drink was made incorrectly. i know they were busy today but i was looking forward to my coffee. they did give me a mother’s day brewzie even though i only got one drink so that was really kind of them.

  The first time I went here I received great service. I’ve been back twice since and I will not be back ever again. $6 for a coffee is entirely too much for it to not be made correctly. Not only were drinks trash but so was my customer service. Idk why I even left Starbucks to try the crap. I’d give no stars if I could and a big giant thumbs down. 👎

  The coperas cove site has horrible service. Music too loud employees sloppy. One was chewing on a straw. They must have known the folks in the car because we got stuck a good while between that car and the one behind us. The one is gatesville is way better.
