- CLchris labarbera5 days ago1.0I tried your delivery service, never again. I will drive to Whole Foods from now on. You need to employ your delivery people and not a third party. After 30 plus years in Coppell, I can honestly say that I will never shop Tom Thumb again.

The produce was the most obvious. I still get my meds filled, so if I just need a couple of items I would roll the dice. But yesterday, has got to be the worst example. Every apple I cut open today was rotten. They looked ok when I selected them, and I like an Envy apple which is typically more expensive, you would expect better. I also noticed there was rotten produce everywhere. Even the rotten potato smell where the potatos and melons are located, was back. You folks need to try harder. No wonder there aren't the numbers of customers as in the past.

I also use their pick and go service. The app works well. The team usually does very well. The only point of concern is the app does not allow you to make clear selections regarding meat so I sometimes end up without the amount I wanted and the cuts are sometimes less than ideal. Otherwise it is a great time saver when busy!
