  I ordered 2 large pizzas at lunch time for a 4:30pm pickup. Got off work at 4 and saw the app say the pizza was already ready at 11:45am. WTH? I immediately called PJ at 4:13 and confirmed if there was a technical blip but wanted to make known that my pizzas were for 4:30 carryout and if my pizzas were already made, if I could get the pizza remade to avoid eating stale pizza. The lady told me the pizza was already made at 11:45 but she'll put in fresh pizza and be ready for pickup at 4:30. I showed up at 4:35 and the pizza was never put! WTH? The older lady who I spoke on the phone with greeted me, mumbled a few words, and walked behind the stall to cut & box a few pizzas. I waited in the lobby while several orders pushed out thinking one of the orders would surely be for me. Nope. I asked the other staff worker about my order and she chatted with the older lady. I heard more mumbling and caught "....order I told him I put in 15min ago." It was just at that moment both staff put my order through. I immediately re-ask about my order status, as the older lady remarked, "It'll take 5 minutes to cook." I was in disbelief that nothing was acted on after proactively calling in and waiting patiently! It wasn't like PJs was busy either. There were moments where the que was idle. I mentally gave myself until 5pm to ask for a refund. FINALLY at 4:57 I was just given my order. Horrible service. Reason why I left Papa John's for Pizza Hut. Never coming back again.

  Im pretty upset my order was very wrong. I ordered a large pep, three cheese blend, and jalapeños. I also ordered it well done. Instead of a three cheese blend, I got extra cheese which is definitely not what I wanted. I got it well done but unfortunately the pizza is still pretty dough-y. I love papa johns but I don't even want to eat this pizza.

  They made me wait 10minutes for nothing. I told the cashier I was picking up and she didn’t check properly. Then finally another employee gave me my pizza that have been sitting now for 10 minutes!!!

  I normally only leave negative reviews but Bc Pizza store employees rarely get any recognition I thought I’d comment.The way the manager Lacey handled my order took this place to a whole different level. Super attentive, incredibly kind, and clearly someone who genuinely cares about customers. They jumped in immediately, made sure everything was perfect, and turned what could’ve been a small hiccup into an awesome experience. That level of customer service is rare these days and deserves serious recognition.
