I specifically ordered breakfast without bacon and sausage, yet they still added those items to my order both times. On top of that, they didn’t even include the syrup, butter, or other condiments for the hotcakes. It’s frustrating when simple order instructions are ignored repeatedly. Double-checking orders before handing them out should be basic customer service. Very poor attention to detail and a waste of time and money.

They couldn't take my money because they have no ones for change. Are you kidding me at 12:15 on a Saturday afternoon there's not one cash register in that building that has three ones in it to give back to me as my change. This store has gone downhill in the last several weeks since the McDonald's on Denton Tap Road closed. Some of the employees from there went to this location and boy does it show in the service.
