- MQM QApr 26, 20231.0Scammers. Say they’re checks are bogus when they aren’t. Now I have to open a new bank account
- HHHollyDec 21, 20221.0My daughter was hurt during laser tag. Apparently there is a ramp that you can go under and she ran into a black overhead and after speaking to someone they said it happens often and they need to put caution tape on it..why haven't they???? No incident report was made and it took me forever to get her an ice pack for her head. Did they offer anything??? No! We spent 300 dollars there and she couldn't even play after the first 40 minutes because her head was hurting so bad. I have attached pictures of how bad her head was, even though the pictures don't do justice to how bad it really looks. The last picture is 48 hours after the incident. Still bruised and swollen. Kept trying to call corporate and they hang up on me after being on hold for 15 plus minutes..so far this hang up has happened 4 times.
