  Nashville hot sandwich is my favorite hand held food. This one was one of the best I've had. Juicy fresh chicken with a nice thin batter on it. Also ordered chicken and waffles. The waffles are amazing and the chicken is good. Just the spice chosen was ok. Got chicken bites and the powerdery seasoning leaves something to be desired. The waffle fries with tostitos cheese was a knock out. I'll be back

  The medium is still significantly spicy. Their food is really tasty and fresh. Try the Mac n cheese

  Get ready for a detailed and honest review! The first time I went when it first opened it was completely packed and an employee said it would be at least a 45 minute wait for food so I did not place an order and left. Second time we went there, there wasn’t anyone there besides the employees and a couple who had already gotten their food. The employee taking our order was nice but seemed like she didn’t know the answer to some of our questions so she would have to go ask her manager. It took about 30 minutes for our food to come out. The other customers that came in after us probably waited about 45 minutes- an hour for their food. There was probably only 2-3 people waiting. We ordered the Korean Chicken Nuggets and 2 Chicken Sando meals. One sandwich with the medium spicy level and one sandwich with no heat and American cheese. The Korean Chicken Nuggets were good and we got the spicy soy garlic sauce on the side. The spicy soy garlic sauce was nowhere near spicy, not even mild or anything. We thought there was a miscommunication so I went up to the counter asking for the spicy soy garlic sauce and she said that was the one she gave us. Sauce was yummy just not spicy at all. Also the employee said the Korean Chicken Nuggets were a very large portion and more than enough for a full meal. I would totally disagree. I would say it’s more of the size of an appetizer for one person. The chicken on my sandwich was so hot (in temperature) I had to wait at least 10 minutes to eat it because the first bite burned my mouth so bad. By the time it cooled down some, the sandwich was a little soggy. My sandwich as a whole was okay but the cheese was completely melted off and basically gone by the time I ate it because it was so hot. I would say this is more of an “Asian chicken sandwich”. The slaw was more of an Asian slaw rather than southern coleslaw. The breading on the chicken wasn’t like a normal fried chicken sandwich it was strange, wasn’t a fan. The spice on the chicken sandwich tasted similar to a Indian spice which didn’t make sense for this type of sandwich and didn’t go well. My boyfriend got the medium heat and he said it wasn’t spicy at all. If you want a really amazing chicken sandwich, I would look somewhere else. Price was understandable due to the current economy and portion of the chicken on the sandwich. The music inside was like a rave, upbeat, pop, very fast, beat dropping music which didn’t seem to fit. I think they should go with music that’s softer and not so fast paced because it made the environment in the restaurant feel stressed. The name of the restaurant does not match the food. My boyfriend has had Nashville hot chicken from Nashville, and this doesn’t even compare. I thought the food here would be really good authentic southern food but it was more like fried chicken with an Asian twist. Maybe we will try it again in a few months to see if they improve. It was a let down because we were really looking forward to trying it out since it’s new. Nothing here was bad, it was fine food. Quality of the ingredients was great. But overall if you’re looking for an amazing 10/10 authentic fried chicken sandwich, I would not recommend this place.

  The chicken was super fresh and crispy and it had great flavor. The tenders were huge and juicy. Their hangry sauce is a nice addition to it also. My husband is a man of few words and he said multiple times how good his sandwich was. Will 100% be back

  I was going to another restaurant when I saw the sign and wanted to know more. I went in and ordered the loaded waffle fries and they were really good. It's not cheap by any means, but I think it's worth it.
