I am sharing my recent experience at this location, which I visit a few times a week as it is on my way to work. While I have had some less than satisfactory experiences in the past, I chose to overlook them. However, today’s incident has left me deeply disappointed, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. This morning I placed an order via the app around 7 am for a 7:30 am pickup. Upon arriving at approximately 7:34, my order was not ready. Although I noticed the store was busy, I decided to wait patiently. I observed walk in customers come in and order and then receiving their orders while mine still had not been made. At around 7:45 I approached what I believe was a manager for an update and provided my name. She located my receipt on the prep table, but explained that it had not been worked on because there was no turkey sausage available, requiring someone to retrieve it. About 7:51 I informed the staff if my order was not ready within the next five minutes, I would need to cancel it. At this point, the manager handed me my order without addressing the delay. At which point, I expressed my concern about being late for work and a worker responded by laughing at me which the manager did not address. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful, especially after waiting more than 20 minutes past my pick up time. I’ve been a regular customer at this establishment for some time now, but this experience has left me feeling very frustrated and I do not know if I will go back.
