I sat down and wiped the table off with a disinfectant wipe. I looked down and there was rotten lettuce on the floor. How does this place pass a health inspection by the City of Coppell?

I arrived around 12:11 PM to pick up my order and was told there was no chicken ready, so I had to wait about 10 minutes. While that was inconvenient, it wasn't the main issue. When I got back to the office and started eating, I noticed the rice was hard and undercooked. At first, I thought it was just a small portion, but most of the rice in the bowl was not fully cooked. On top of that, the chips were stale. The reason I'm leaving this review is because of how the situation was handled. Around 1:00 PM, I returned to the restaurant to show them the food and request a refund. Before I could even take the food out of the bag, the employee at the register said, "I don't need to see it, just throw it away," while pointing to a nearby trash can. He refunded my money, but there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the poor food quality, and no attempt to make the situation right. He simply handed me the receipt and moved on. I was polite throughout the interaction and wasn't looking for an argument. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service matters. After receiving undercooked food, stale chips, waiting for my order, and then being treated dismissively when I came back, I was left without lunch and feeling like my concerns didn't matter. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
