  Possibly the worst Chipotle in America. I order regularly as the office I work at is nearby. At least 50% of the time my order arrives incorrect, missing items, or I just get someone else's order altogether. I order for delivery 2-4 times a week from multiple different restaurants in the area and Chipotle is the only one who has sent me someone else's food. The fact that it's happened more than 3 times indicates that some process in this specific location is broken. Godspeed and good luck if you plan on ordering from this Chipotle, and if you end up getting my lunch instead of your own I hope it was good 😐

  Food has not been as fresh as it used to be, and tables and self serving drinks area not as clean as they used to be before. This is across all Chipotle locations I have visited for the past year or two. Anywhere in and out of Texas.

  This location has really declined in both service & food quality. Don't even bother complaining g to corporate as they only confirm receipt of complaints but do nothing to try & keep your business. We will never go to this location again, & we live just two miles from it.

  I had a young lady take my order as soon as I got there no line so easy, she asked me what I wanted I said 2 bowls exact same and she started to asked about rice and chicken etc.. right about the 3rd item like queso pico etc was about to start the lady from the register came and said okay what else while the initial lady had already started my order and she was asking what I wanted while the other was trying to catch up I mentioned that the corn is not in the other bowl that the initial server had ao can you put corn I also mentioned this will get confusing because now you both are on different parts of the bowl and may miss something and I might get confused she like no keep going come on the I said medium hot sauce she ended putting medium and hot sauce both as I said told you this would get confusing and she added both sauces when I had my 12 year son eating and my husband so I told her see now I didnt want the red hot sauce I wanted the medium only and didnt say sorry didnt tell me let me remake it for you just ignore the entire mistake and still carried on got me to pay for a bowls going to be very spicy but my husband had to eat it because we could not! This was 5/3/26 around 630-730pm. Only 2 females there at the station one being at the register Hispanic or something was very rude no customer service skills at all.

  Food and portions have been terrible consistently for last 3 years at least. I regret every time I go here due to proximity, as the rice is undercooked 100% of the time, and portions of all items are tiny in proportion to the amount of rice so it doesn’t have the usual good chipotle taste. I have had to throw out the bowls at times! While complaints at corporate result in credit, they are ineffective in improving the quality of the food at this location.
