  Absolutely horrific experience at CAVA. I walked in hungry and walked out questioning reality. The manager Arnaysa acted like customer service was a personal attack. My bowl looked like it survived a car crash, the rice was colder than my ex’s heart, and the pita had the texture of drywall. Employees looked stressed, the place was chaotic, and somehow my order was wrong in ways I didn’t even think were possible. Asked for extra sauce and got approximately one molecule of garlic dressing. Whole restaurant felt like a social experiment to see how much disappointment a person can handle before leaving. 0/10 experience

  Why do the workers look so miserable being here. They moved very slow when it was just me and one other person which is crazy not gonna lie. They ran out of something and when the worker turned back to ask for more, the two people “working” were chitchatting and touching their phones. The food was good at least, but even the area where all the drinks and utilities were was actually disgusting. There’s like stuff in the cups where the forks are which is not clean whatsoever. I’m not lying either, I’m saying this to save the people of coppell.

  First the staff is too slow, I go during lunch like 2 o 3 time a week, specially Elba it feels like she doesn’t like her job, one day she was in the first line and didn’t care how long the line was she was super slow with a face like se he doesn’t want to be there that is all the time. She gives you the mean look, the bathrooms are super disgusting 🤮. The drink area is very duty as well.

  Food taste is good. Quantity is very low. Most of the time, garlic dressing is not available most of the time. And most of the time certain items aren’t available.

  The customer service here was exceptional. They were very nice and fast. I had a question and Arnaysa assisted me. She was extremely helpful and nice. I think this is my best location by far!
