  This is 5 times IN A ROW. I'm documenting the streak of times in a row that this exact store can manage to forget the sauces for the same, unchanged order that I've been placing for the last 8 months. I know, stop ordering from them. But I'm committed now. So, yeah. 5 times in a row.

  Cava today was amazing! Kenzie was such a great server. She gave great portion sizes and was very friendly and respectful! I would highly recommend to all my friends.

  The worst Cava experience I’ve had in a long time. We ordered online and were given a pickup of 6:15pm. A text at 6:02 said it would be ready at 6:11pm. I didn’t get my first item until 6:22pm. They told me my second item wasn’t ready as they ran out of chicken. There were four people there. I feel like they could have started cooking the chicken before it ran out, rather when I asked where my second item was. My second came after 6:35pm. Mind you there were a few online orders waiting as well as only one person inside at the time of me arriving. Three people ordered their food inside and got done before I even received my item that I ordered at 6 PM. Very disappointed in this experience. Update: first meal was cold, and steak was tough. The online portions are also laughable for the price and up-charge amounts. Will think twice when wanting to have something quick, easy, and healthy.

  Food was okay, my husband's pita was just falling apart due to lack of care put into assembly it. The employees were too busy chatting with their friends and didn't really seem to care we were there. There was food all over the ground and the tables weren't wiped at all. Just a gross vibe overall.
