  Found this place on Google because the pizza deals caught my eye, but what really made me want to try it was all the different flavors they had compared to the usual pizza spots. I ended up getting the butter chicken pizza and brought it to a friend’s hangout, everyone loved it. We had two large pizzas and they disappeared in minutes. All my friends noted the name of the place down for their next hangout/party lol The mango habanero sauce that comes with it goes so well with the pizza too. Definitely a 10/10 for me. Priya at the register was super sweet and helpful explaining the pizza sizes and what to expect before ordering. Friendly staff, clean place, and overall just a really good spot to grab pizza with family or friends.

  They have a variety of pizza burger starting from full vegetarian, jain and all Halal non-veg options. I am a fan of their cheese burger and fries and their chicken Alfredo pizza. Their tiramisu is also a killer. Also there are 2 restaurants in the same place, tried the Desi Chinese platter of the other restaurant TalkJhal, it was delicious 😋😋😋

  I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this was a frustrating experience. I was given two $10 gift cards on prior visits and told I could use them anytime. When I tried to use them today, there was no option on the app, and the QR code didn’t work. Over the phone, I was told they apply only on orders over $40, but the QR link said $30. After placing the order and confirming I could use one card at pickup, I was then told—after the pizzas were already made—that the cards couldn’t be used at all because the order had a deal. The issue isn’t the rules, it’s the lack of clear and consistent communication. Nothing was written on the cards, and the terms kept changing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

  This is my first time at this place, ordered 2 pizzas(Bombay panner tikka and veg masala) along with masala fries. Been th pizzas were below average, there was no tikka masala, just a regular pizza sauce. Italian express makes better panner tikka pizza with ready made masala powder. Veg pizza didn’t have any toppings other than bell peppers, when I asked on the toppings Lady with head scarf was so arrogant and asked me look at the menu and walked inside kitchen with the receipt. There was another family before telling the food was, and they were getting store credit, saying the staff was arrogant. I couldn’t believe how people are rating 4.7+ for this food. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND OR VISIT AGAIN

  I had a very disappointing experience with this store. Before placing my order, I called them because the app didn’t allow me to add special instructions. I clearly explained my order and my name, and the staff confirmed that everything was noted. My pickup time was 9 PM, but when I arrived, my order wasn’t even started. The staff had to recheck everything with me and only then began preparing it, which meant I had to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. When I got home, both pizzas were completely incorrect. The Bahubali chicken pizza came with almost no toppings except chicken, and the cheese pizza with chicken topping had a bahubali curry base that was not suitable at all—especially for my child, who couldn’t eat it. I called the store to report the issue, and the experience was even more frustrating. I was kept on the phone for around 20 minutes, being transferred from one person to another, with no clear solution offered. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of basic courtesy—no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake. I wasn’t even asking for a refund at that point—just a simple apology and some accountability would have been appreciated. Instead, I received neither. Very poor service, lack of communication, and no respect for customers’ time or concerns. Definitely not recommending this place. I strongly disagree with your response. I had already called before placing the order and clearly explained everything. Your staff confirmed they noted my name and order. I did not receive any call back from your side. When I arrived at the pickup time, my order had not even been started. A staff member came from the kitchen and asked me to repeat the order again, and only then it was prepared. I had to wait around 30 minutes at the store. Even after that wait, the pizzas were incorrect and not what I requested. What is disappointing now is that instead of acknowledging the mistake, you are providing an inaccurate version of events. It would have been much more professional to accept the error and apologize. Mistakes can happen, but honesty and accountability matter.
