  One star because this Sonic location is falling apart, and it needs renovation ASAP. Everything about this location looks like it's about to shut down. The faded logo, several stalls out of order, the switchboard mic from outside sounds terrible, roof damage, a plywood board in front of the carhop door that is also barricaded by a table, and the Enter/Exit signs are extremely dimmed at night. If these are the visible problems on the outside, then there are most likely issues within. Please get this location fixed. I do like Sonic food every once in a while. It was also my first job at another state - so there's some sentimental attachment whenever I see any Sonic Drive in. Seeing this location going to pot is kind of heartbreaking. Please renovate, and I'm certain it'll boost the morale of the crew.

  I wouldn't be surprised if this location is another one scheduled to close it's doors soon. Everything has gone down hill. Food quality, wait times and management efficiency has all steadily declined in just the past six months alone. Not to mention, the app has never worked for this location in years.

  The hamburgers that we ordered were cold. The onion rings tated like rancid,old oil. Very disappointed.

  I redeemed my free small birthday shake voucher at the store off 78 through the app and drove all the way over there only to find out they were completely out of ice cream. I asked if they could restore my birthday voucher since I couldn’t redeem it again and they told me no, that I’d just have to come back in 3 days to get my shake. I then asked if the Kitty Hawk location might be able to help, and the lady told me flat-out that they wouldn’t. Well… they absolutely DID. I went to the Kitty Hawk store, explained what happened, and the guy didn’t give me any hassle at all. He just asked which shake I wanted for my birthday. When he brought it out, it was even a size bigger than what my voucher was for. It genuinely made my day that someone was kind enough to do that for me. The Kitty Hawk location will definitely be my go‑to from now on.

  The foods what you would expect from fastfood (not great but it's food and it will fill your belly) however y'all need to get more staff. There were two food runners on a slammed Saturday night and I watched one get chewed out for someone's wait time. The poor kid looked like they might cry when they brought us our food cause he thought we would be mad. It's cold and people are rude, get more people so your staff aren't abused by old people waiting for their food.
