  As a pregnant lady, I should not have to wait more than Five minutes to make a order, Unfortunately, we've been waiting about 10 minutes. No one has took our order . My husband knocked on the window to ask them if they were closed he said no we asked if they could take our order and we're still waiting another five minutes for them to even take our order. Everyone in the store was just standing around smh

  Our server Santiago has the best attitude and customer service care out of anyone I’ve ever met. Sonic normally takes forever to get our food and it came out really fast and fresh, got all of our sauces and order spot on! Whoever works at this sonic including Santiago is doing a fantastic job! Sonic, please give Santiago a raise!!!

  First off the 2 stars is for the restaurant itself, cleanliness and establishment. It is unkept, unorganized and going downhill. The food is just okay. I sincerely and seriously do hope they can clean this place up asap so doesn't get shut down. Whoever Management is has got to do better. Please sir/mam, it's not your employee's job to repair that place! You need to get some restoration renovation crews up in there and get that fixed up. It would be sad to see it closed down. The only thing good about that place are 2 young ladies that are just the most sweetest and professional hardworking. This is where my 5 Stars go to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They are very kind and positive. Their uniforms always look neat and cute. They treat customers with care and respect. Thank God they work there because otherwise I would literally have nothing good to say about this Sonic. Anyways, Thank You So Much to (Miss Chey and Miss Marcella) ❤️ Sorry if I got the spelling wrong! I believe that's their names... You women deserve a raise working in an establishment of this condition. I will try to upload pictures soon.

  If you don’t have 40 minutes between ordering and actually receiving your order don’t bother. This is the worst sonic I have ever been to, even when ordering 2 small shakes it takes at least 20 minutes start to finish. If they even answer the button

  I can see why Sonics are shutting down thanks to this example! If the outside of that abandoned building looks like that, I don't even want to know what the inside looks like🤢. Service is slow, wrong and the staff seems very unapologetic about it. I even remember the owner's contact information on stall 32 which was conveniently taken down because even she wants nothing to do with that waste of space. This place needs to be inspected and shut down!
