  33 minutes on hold and counting. Called and started a conference call to see which line would receive service first

  I've never encountered a GM as rude and inconsiderate as Dave from this location. I called and explained that I was in a new subdivision and the address wouldn't pop up. They understood and asked their manager if they could deliver here and the manager said yes so I paid and ordered. Over an hour later I hadn't gotten my pizza so I called back. They said the driver called me( nobody called me I double checked) and I didn't answer but they could deliver it again in 30min. After 30min I still didn't have anything so I called back and Dave told me he wouldn't deliver it. After OVER and hour and a half this is the first time they tell me this. Dave didn't offer to reconcile the situation at all. He said " it's a busy Sunday and I don't have time to deal with an undeliverable order" WOW. And then he hung up on me. I called back because I figured it MUST have been a mistake. He falsely accused me of cursing at him and hung up again. I've never been treated so poorly by an establishment in my life. He has no care in the world for his customers and lies to justify treating them so poorly. *UPDATE* Dominoes got it on the first try

  Management was great along with the staff. Store was clean and presentable. Food was fresh and really good. Definitely would recommend this location

  If I could give no stars I would. This place is so slow. I order a pick up to be ready in 30 minutes and when I arrived waited 10 minutes to get help up front. Then cashier say it gng to be another 20 minutes till its ready.
