  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I’m only putting 2 stars so it’s not that easy to dispute. I live 2 mins away from the location and left my place as soon as I got notified that it was ready. As soon as I got home, the pizza was COLD AND HARD. The pizza looked like it sat in the fridge for 2 days and left out on the counter to thaw out. I’ve never had this issue with LC or Dominos. I decided to try Pizza Hut today, but never again. I already requested a refund but the store is supposed to be contacting me to see if it’s gonna be approved.

  Delivered cold pizza. Pizza was left sitting on the ground. Customer service sucks. When I called the store I was just left sitting on phone. Will NEVER ORDER FROM ANOTHER PIZZA HUT!

  It’s not good and definitely not worth paying for. The food tasted old, I overheard them saying they cooked breadsticks but had too many so next time someone orders breadsticks they can have those… but for me it was just bad service I went up to pick up my order and they kept asking if I was Monique even though I said my name 3x and my phone number but they would say a completely other number I thought it was just me but someone else got in after while I waited and he had the same issue. The pizza was not good I ordered extra stuff on mine which I didn’t get and so I paid for a bland pizza.. in the box it looked rubbery so I put it in the oven and rehydrated it to look better but I was so disappointed.

  EVERY time we order delivery, they will not use beef as a topping. They default to sausage and they're always late on delivery times which is extremely frustrating when you have super hungry boys. Tonight, they forgot our cheese sticks. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get ahold of someone at the store to help me. I think I'm done spending my money at this location. How disappointing.
