  They never pick up the phones I called the store completely empty not a single customer inside they're just walking around like idiots had place an order for delivery they messed it up and issued me store credit I went in today in the rude lady at the counter said I have nothing in my account with my phone number with a snarky attitude

  Ordered a Pizza from this Location for the 1st Time. When I picked up the Pizza the Entire Crew was Very Polite and Attentive to my Needs. When I got Home the Pizza was Delicious. Definitely will go back to this Pizza Hut again. Highly Recommended.

  My experience at this location has always been positive. The food consistently tastes fresh and is always correctly made. The staff is also very polite and professional.

  Don’t spend your time energy or resources. Move on to any other pizza company. In App times are wrong for pickup, I picked it up @ pickup time and was already ready way before so my pizza was hard, stale, unappealing and unpleasant. When we called to verify if our pizza was ready or not, they have a call center answering all calls and so there is no in store associate verify if your pizza is ready or not. Very disappointing Pizza Hut is not worth it anymore.

  A few days ago my friend and I ordered pizza to take to the pool. I ate a slice and one of her cheese bread pieces and waited about 15 minutes to swim. We'd been swimming for about 30 minutes when I got incredibly nauseous and had to leave and go home. I attributed it to eating and not waiting long enough before I swam. Yesterday I ordered pizza for carryout and picked it up and brought it home. I live about 6 minutes from this location. When I got home the pizza was made incorrectly, dried out and the crust was hard as a rock so I called and he gave me two options; Bring it back and get a fresh one remade or a store credit. I chose to have the pizza remade and drove back to the store. I sat for at least 5 minutes before I even saw any employees. And my pizza was in the warmer so he just handed it to me and I left. I got home and my pizza was STILL made incorrectly (I like extra sauce) and dry but I was hungry and wasn't making another trip. I ate two slices, the only food I'd eaten all day and started watching tv. An hour later I felt that same nausea from days before and now I've been sick with vomiting, diarrhea and severe nausea since yesterday around 6pm. Now I know it wasn't me eating and swimming, I know there's just something wrong with the food they're putting out at this location and I'll never eat it again.
