  Went through the drive thru manger got in the speaker and said what can I get for you.. I told me it's not proper customer service. I told him my order he said all they had was Tea to add to my order. I do not drink tea asked to be accommodated maybe an extra small fry he said he could not accommodate he then went on to add on each individual item that I wanted which was going to cost me $2 more than the original price I mentioned to him that I was not going to pay $2 more for a meal that's already price $2 lower he then stated there's another McDonald's down the street. To whom you ever you are sir I'm sorry that you had to work tonight or any night at McDonald's seeing that you don't know how to give customer service I apologize sir for whoever hired you thinking that you were going to take care of their establishment in the correct way. I hope that you will get you some rest. Life really is good and to help you with the hook . It's welcome to McDonald's, would you be using your mobile app today.

  The fact that there is a drive thru reserve spot proves even cooperate has given up. Waiting for 10 minutes, they come up to ask what my order was Finally just give me the bag, no napkins, ketchup....

  McDonald’s was my first job when I turned 16, man how things have changed. The employees were rude as if I was bothering them bc no one wanted to come onto the drive thru speaker to take my order. The guy at the window couldn’t even greet me “what do you want to order” like not even a smile. If you hate your job that much don’t work. I would take pride when i worked there, busted my ass and moved up. Always treated my customers with respect even the rude ones. This is just disappointing, this is why businesses don’t last. People just don’t care anymore.

  Came thru drive thru Monday night @12 a.m. The female that was taking orders on drive thru is very rude. She asked if we were using the mobile app ,We told her yes and when I started to give her the code, she literally yelled at us and said,(I said for y'all to wait). She did not ask us to wait.

  They screwed up my daughters sandwich! Why??! Where si the manager that cant see what is going on? Its very upsetting to order my daughter food due to im working late and her sandwich is poorly done. Wish i could submit the picture of the drop of sauce they put in the sandwich and nothing else
