  Every order I've gotten from this place for the last year, has had at least one thing wrong with it. I understand that people aren't being paid enough to care, so I haven't thrown a fit about it, out of empathy for the workers. Today was the last straw. We had no condiments, no napkins, no utensils and no straws included in our order. My husband's Sprite was 100% flat with no syrup and my double quarter pounder was inedible because it was gooey, pink and raw through the whole middle. We tried several times to call and address the issue but the phone was left ringing. We will not be back again and are saving the scraps as evidence, in the event that I get sick from raw meat.

  Worst McDonald in sa needs to be shut down they don’t ever have their sh*t together if you order more than 2 sandwiches expect all of them to be wrong or not even what you order they know they have a rush every day around the same time and are always underprepared. Order accuracy is the worst at this location

  I can see why this place is a 3.2 it should be way lower. Their service sucks would not recommend any one to come to this one avoid at all cost.

  This place during breakfast can "suck-it". Manager Julian needs corrective training on working in fast food! Blames customer for his mistakes, can't apologize, etc... Actually, maybe hes perfect for McDonald's, because then that means he's not somewhere important like a hospital, military or politics! Stay at McDonald's Julian

  If I could zero stars I would I paid at drive through at 6:15pm and was the only car parked for a while and I waited patiently until 6:40pm when the young lady came out to take food to 4 cars and nothing for us I went in asked for a manager “meriko” he said they were looking for me and tried to give me the food that had been sitting for 25 minutes and so I asked if he could redo it. He didn’t even say sorry or came and hand food to us. Extremely surprised this guy is even a manager.
