- BPBrittany PerezMay 10, 20261.0There is never anyone at the counter , they love to hide off to the side and behind the wall . And-if they walk out a drive through order no one acknowledges you to see if you have been helped . Im sure the owners and managers are parents and wouldnt want their kids playing in a filthy play place like this one always is. Out of all the times Ive been here never once has anyone come to check the cleanliness of the playground or lobby . And once when I asked for a table to be cleaned the young girl handed me a white towel from the back to clean it myself. Do better , and make your restaurant a clean place for kids to play. Your the only McDonalds in our area that has a play place . Here are pictures for the people that probably think Im just complaining.
- DDDonavonApr 25, 20261.0Got a big breakfast with hotcakes and they didn't include any syrup but the kicker was I also got a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and the sandwich only had the bread and a piece of sausage in it. No where near what I ordered.

I hope he wasn’t a manager, but he couldn’t help me and after that he just hung up on me. I called another time and he hung up on me again, very unprofessional.
