    05JUL26: On the way home from a Missions' baseball game, we stopped here after first stopping at IHOP; but nobody helped us after we were seated for 10 minutes, so we left. I used the kiosk facing the window. It's a little slow responding to the 'taps'...it probably had a long day. I mistakenly selected "Dine-In" and there wasn't a way to switch to "Take-Out". I asked an employee and they communicated to Michael and he was able to annotate/correct my order. Food came out quick and we drove home to eat. One thing to note. None of the burgers were smashed and they were stacked neatly in their boxes and no excess condiments smeared in the wrapper and the fries were hot and had no salt as requested. Thank you. Great experience.

    I visited he restaurant on my way home from work on 6/20/2026 at 10:04pm (an hour and 56 mins. before they close. After I sat in the lobby for more than 15 minute for the food I ordered, I came home to feed my children. As I’m taking the food out the bags that’s when I noticed my order wasn’t correct, one carton of fries was filled like normal but the other carton of fries had about 10 fries in it because the rest were thrown in the bottom of the bag(and no the bag did NOT tip over as I was driving home). My burgers had NO pickles even though I asked for extra pickles and instead of 20 nuggets there were 17. I tried calling immediately to try and get my order corrected but the phone just rang rang. I went back the following evening and the first thing that came out the manager’s mouth on shift at that time was “Well where’s the food?” (with an attitude) I paused for a second in shock because I couldn’t believe she really expected me to not allow my children to eat the food so I could save it for their “waste count” and they could write it off. Then she proceeded to make up lies to cover them not being obligated to replace the meal like “I had my other manager carrying the phone around and answering it all night.” But then she switched her story to “I didn’t say he was carrying it I had it over here.” Then I asked her to show me the literature on the food return “policy” and she immediately turned her attention to my receipt she placed on the counter after I handed it to her to, so she could find the literature for the “policy”(smh). Then she told me “this is a whole classic pack I can’t replace it without the owner’s approval.” So I asked her to give them a call, she grabbed my receipt and went to the back. She was back there about for about 5 mins, came back to the front where she thought I couldn’t see her and proceeded to tell her employees that she wasn’t going to help me at all. Then she came back to the counter and said, “nobody answered and I’m not replacing the order.” Yet the complaint sign they have posted said there’s a 24hr Service number/email (and if I’m not mistaken, which I might be, said there’s a 24hr response.) I asked her how she expected me to save the food and not feed my children. I informed her that I was even calling the next day and there’s still no answer. She then proceeded to question my integrity by asking me what times did I call and how many times because the phone hadn’t rang all day. *Just for context, this was about the same time in the evening as the night before when I went back*. And apparently she had been there all day since 1pm, now that is far fetched considering the conglomerate we know as McDonald’s. She even tried to keep my receipt because when I asked her for it back she acted like she didn’t know I gave it to her and then she said she gave it back to me when she had left it in her office in the back. Once I got my receipt I left, it’s messed up she didn’t want to correct matter but yet she didn’t seem as concerned to the free the drinks that were being given away right under her nose to the teenagers who were there BOTH nights I visited. She was more concerned with not taking care of a paying customer, because my order would be deducted from her check than the free drinks being given out on her watch.

    Had a mobile order went through the line whoever was on the mic confirmed my order yet when I pulled around they told me to pull to a spot (understandable there was a car behind me) but then they said they didn’t have my order in the system which I showed the confirmation of the order and it showed the time placed. Worker who brought this to my attention did nothing wrong and was confused herself and I told her not to worry that I would pull around again because others got their food and I placed mine before theirs. When I got to the window the manager named kevin had a attitude off rip, showed the order and he dismissed it saying they didn’t have it and he tried to cut me off. Needless to say manager SUCKS and is very clearly rude BUT both young girls I spoke to were both very nice so I’d recommend demoting a certain somebody.
