  It's McDonals, those that know me, know i dont eat McDonals. Was there for water and to wait for a part for a car u was working on in the parking lot. ... but did order some fries for my grandson. The staff was good. Food came our quick and hot. Restaurant was a bit dirty, floor had something sticky on it and the table we sat at, had not been wiped down.

  Had two mobile orders. I paid extra for an extra patty on a double quarter pounder and they didn't add it. Chicken Nuggets tasted old. Fries were cold and hard as a rock. We tried calling and couldn't get ahold of anyone the first three times, finally got ahold of someone for them to catch an attitude as soon as they answered. Short of it, 30 dollars down the drain for cold and improperly made food with atrocious customer service.

  The worst customer service she answered the phone with an attitude and had an attitude the entire conversation, she was aggravated from he second she answered the phone all she said was hello with an attitude and nothing else she just went quiet it was so rude and awkward. Our entire order was messed up it was cold and disgusting but what's new on top of that they forgot some of our order her only solution again with an attitude was bring back the entire order and then we will make it for you she didn't try to find a solution I was okay with and not once even speak to me nicely, At this point I want my money back I will never ever eat at this location again nothing but bad ass attitudes and nasty food. Making people wait just to give cold old food because you are trying to make a quota trying to make your restaurant look good by making it seem like you helped so many customers in a certain amount of time just to make them go wait at curbside . So unprofessional and disgusting. I paid almost 30 dollars for my family to not even touch any of it and you want me to drive all the way back so I can have food I should have had the first time absolutely not. I wipe my hands clean with this restaurant and McDonald's.

  Had an issue with my truck at this location and the store manager was so understanding of my situation. Nevertheless I had dinner while I waited for my tow to arrive. Thanks McDonald’s for your hospitality.

  I went and tried to order a big mac and the lady taking my order told me they dont serve big macs at their location anymore. I was confused because thats literally their signature burger but I had to just order something else because thats what she said. I get to the window and ask them about it and they tell me oh sorry she was confused we dont sell mc doubles anymore. I then asked if I could still order a big mac because thats what I wanted in the first place and she told me I would have to go inside or back around the line because she didnt have a register so I just left. Not the second ladys fault at all but I went and had to leave with something I didnt even want because the first lady told me they dont sell big macs. Very annoying
