  Went to this location twice over the weekend since I was in the area. Saturday the staff were friendly and helpful but forgot to give me all of my order. I had to ask where the rest of it was which they quickly resolved. The egg bites which was a part of my order was hard and disgusting over cooked I ended up tossing them in the trash! I tried again Sunday after church as I ran errands. This day the young lady that assisted me had a non customer friendly attitude. I redeemed 850 pomis for a free breakfast sandwich yet was still charged. When I got to the window I said hey my reward did not work but I will just take another sandwich and you can scan the code. She goes to scan and says oh its charging you. My response ok am I selecting the wrong kind of sandwich. Her response no it's a breakfast sandwich so at this point I am like well what's the issue. She responds idk we can't fin in-app issues you can pay. My response so the only way to fix this is to pay even if I have in my app that this should be free. She says yes. My thoughts how can I have a coupon for a free sandwich and the only response from them is to pay with no regard to what is going on. Her response oh well pay or no sandwich I said you are not giving the best customer friendly service her response oh well come back tomorrow. Now from my logical mind how will this be resolved tomorrow when I redeemed the points today furthermore who says I have time to make my way all the way over there on tomorrow. This is my issue I am the customer how would I know the issues tat Dunkin app is having furthermore why would the person not honor the coupon. I ended up just leaving vowing to NEVER go back to that location. Now I have spent $60 there over the corse of the weekend. I am only 1 person however DUNKIN if yall continue to provide this kind of poor customer service and several customers decide to choose another location this will eventually effect your revenue. Rude employees should not be allowed to greet customers they are terrible for business.

  The girls who made my coffee was nice enough. The eggs on our sourdough breakfast were still frozen.. soggy bread. And the egg bites were terrible. Overall bad experience and bad area. They did however refund me for the sandwiches.

  The food was cold. It took so long to get our order. The person in front of us actually left without their order because it took so long.

  Worst night ever and place with the worst customer service!!! Went with my three toddlers to order ice cream through the drive through I asked for one double ice cream to which they told me they only had chocolate waffle cones because it was 8:20 and they close at 9 and they said they couldn’t make any beacuse that stops at 5pm. I said was fine I then asked what kind of flavors of ice cream they had because their IS NO flavors on the drive through menu! They said what are you looking for “ i said idk your flavors only two of them so can you please tell me them” and immediately with attitude change told me them so fast I could NOT understand. Then I asked for one and all of a sudden there was no waffle cones at all when she clearly had told me they had! Ok so fine i asked for it in a cup then i asked for my babies donuts and everything i would ask she said they did not have, at this point i could hear in her voice rudeness and attitude so i decided to go inside see what was left as my three toddlers where trying to ask themselves. I went inside asked for the donuts got my ice cream and was walking out when to my surprise i look over and boom there was waffle cones! So I asked why did you tell me you had none if there was one there she said “but it has nuts,” it didn’t matter because she said there was no kind left except the one she sold me first, So she then says she didn’t want to offer me it because i was rude for asking for the ice cream flavors and yelled at me to get out and that “IF I WAS THAT MISERABLE IN MY LIFE” I then got upset said because why are you yelling at me and talkiso condescending to me?? She kept yelling at me with hand mannerisms to get out like if i was trash and immediately threatened to call the police!! I said ok I will too! I wanted a refund and she said she was the manager which she lied about and was falsely claiming she started yelling at me and disappeared to the back! The other young lady there was doing the same mind you all this infront of my three kids that are watching me desperately for a donut from the car!! So i called the cops and waited and asked for a refund she LITERALLY REFUSED TO REFUND ME AND KEPT ME IN THERE AFTER ME REPEATEDLY ASKING TO REFUND THAT I WOULD WAIT OUT SIDE FOR THE POLICE and she didn’t!!!! The the blonde which is the one who falsely claimed to be the manager and is only a team lead and the 17 year old with black hair and eye piercing both laughing the whole time and making fun of me wrongfully WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and having uneducated team leads who think they are on a POWER TRIP!!! Then check this out they asked for a CTW which is a CRIMINAL TRESPASSING WARNING against me really?! What in the world this manager is the worst for asking for this without even seeing the whole situation and what really went on! I would never ever want yo to go back here after the traumatization she cause my kids who sat there watching this all and that blonde for her being the worst person to a client she needs TO GO that was immediate discrimination, she started yo yell at me insult me and embarrass me on top of traumatizing my kids! Also while I was there they started kicking people who were there eating out of the lobby very rude! This place is trash and trash service as well as apparently they close way before 9 and treat customers horrible! The Manager in this place should be ashamed of herself and be revised for letting these girls get away with that kind of behavior with out her being there RUN YOUR CAMERAS and see what the blonde girl did and how she threw me out and started to get loud and yell at me because she wanted too this is UNACCOUNTABLE AND TRAUMATIC BASKIN ROBIN AND DUNKEN DONUTS shoukd be very ashamed of yourselfs!!!!!
