  Expensive. Food was dried out. Guy wouldn’t let me talk when I tried to order at drive thru. Was rushing for me to get my order in which was weird because we were only ones in line and no one was inside.

  Food is great, but they have an employee that has no customer service skills. Went through the drive-thru and could barely hear the young lady through the speaker. Kept having to ask her questions and you could hear the attitude in her voice. Got to the window and my wife asked her if she could repeat our order because we couldn't hear her. She then slams the card reader on the counter. My wife asked her do you have a problem repeating the order and she goes YES. So my wife asked for the manager and she replied I am the manager. And my wife told her you should not be a manager and could we have our money back. She walked away and another young lady came and politely listened. My wife didn't want the food because she didn't want the manager making it. But the other lady assured us she made it and it was good to go. And since I wanted Charley's bad I took it. But I'll probably never go back to this location if that young lady is in charge of it.

  Had a order from uber and arrived at 11:20pm and it was completely empty and closed when it says they close at 12:00am

  Kirie was very helpful wit my order and even showed some love I recommend this store over subway down the street
